What is the backup and data ownership policy?

Your data on Back4app is protected by an automated backup strategy:-

• Free Plan: Backups are not included.
• Paid Plans: Automatic daily snapshots retained for 7 days.
• Dedicated Plans: Automatic daily snapshots retained for 7 days. For Dedicated plans purchased on or after 25 June 2025, Point-in-Time Restore (PITR) is available for the most recent 3 days, along with daily snapshots retained for 7 days and weekly snapshots retained for 28 days. For Postgres databases, the Point-in-Time Restore (PITR) is not available. Automatic daily backups are performed and retained for 30 days.
• Enterprise Plans: Customized backup policies tailored to your organization’s requirements.
