Push Notification troubleshooting

Sometimes while sending pushes, you may come across a problem which could prevent the process from completing. This guide will includes some preventive measures which would help you solve this problem. Actually, the pushes are only supported by the platforms, namely Android and iOS, so you may have problems separated at topics :)

Issues at both platforms

         1. deviceToken is undefined :(

         2. Parse Version different from 2.6.5 you can (probably) face issues to send pushes to everyone! If you want to upgrade or check your version, go to Server Settings > Manage Parse Version > Settings.

Android

         1. GCMSenderId is undefined at Dashboard or has not been inserted in the Android Push notification section (Server Settings> Android Push notification> Settings> Edit and insert your data)

iOS

         1.  Certificate expired; if everything was working fine, this issue could possibly arise, if you have any doubt please contact us and we'll check it four you!
